The FC is short for Field Champion, meaning he has successfully demonstrated his abilities to mark and retrieve multiple birds on land and water, as well as use his natural and trained intelligence to work with the handler to precisely locate downed game via hand and whistle signals!  He has earned the AKC title of Field Champion, by excelling at what he enjoys and doing it better then the rest of the competitors!  Ace was ranked 5th Nationally for Open Dogs in 2008, earning 19.5 points! He is 72 lbs, great disposition, and a natural hunter!
